Through my company Unus, Inc., I have been able to partner with The Mortgage Licensing Group, Inc. to develop a truly revolutionary application for the mortgage industry. LicenseTracker™ is the industry’s first “one stop shop state and federal licensing service. Effective December 15, 2007, mortgage lenders and brokers can subscribe to a revolutionary application built to track and manage their company license process from start to finish. LicenseTracker™ will notify companies of their license renewals and deadlines and track the licensing process of each license on company, branch office and loan officer levels. The application will help maintain licenses while staying synched and compliant with regulatory developments through the LicenseReady™ program.”
I have taken a large role in the development of this application, overseeing the entire development of the application as a project manager as well as developing the visuals for the entire website; including CSS/XHTML and logo. I am particularly proud of this partnership and have worked very closely with the principles of The Mortgage Licensing Group, Inc. - Annemaria Allen and Cynthia McClure - to ensure its success.
